Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of Body Swap, a service that transforms your live webcam feed into a different character in real time and lets you stream the result to other applications. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including credits spent from it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us through the Support page immediately.

2. Credits and billing

• New accounts receive a starting credit balance, set by the site operator.
• Live-swap streaming is metered and deducts credits per second of use.
• You can add credits by sending supported cryptocurrency to a one-time deposit address generated for that purchase. Credits are added automatically once the required number of network confirmations is reached.
• Cryptocurrency payments are irreversible. Sending the wrong asset, an incorrect amount, or paying after the deposit window has expired may result in a delayed or failed credit — contact Support if a payment does not arrive as expected.
• Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and are not refundable except at the site operator's discretion.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Generate or stream content that is illegal, that depicts a real person without their consent in a sexual or defamatory context, or that impersonates someone with intent to deceive or harm.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the streaming infrastructure, other accounts, or the admin system.
• Share your account credentials so multiple people use one paid account in place of separate accounts.
• Circumvent credit metering or billing.

We use automated checks — for example, flagging accounts with an unusually high number of devices or an unusually long single session — to help identify activity that may violate these terms. A flag does not by itself mean a rule was broken; an administrator reviews flagged accounts before any action is taken.

4. Suspension and termination

An administrator may suspend an account that violates these terms or shows strong signs of abuse. A suspended account loses access to the service and may submit one written appeal explaining why the suspension should be reconsidered. We may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for an extended period or that were created in violation of these terms.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the transformed video you choose to stream or share elsewhere. You retain ownership of your own likeness and original video; you grant us only the limited, temporary right needed to process and relay your stream back to you while your session is active.

6. Service availability

The live-swap feature depends on third-party infrastructure and network conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for credits consumed during a session that fails to render correctly due to factors beyond our reasonable control — contact Support if this happens and we will review it.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Body Swap and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
